11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of  Malaysia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state Kuala Lumpur and federal courts located in Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board in the event of a dispute with a consumer.
